Phone the office for availability. Knowing the day is available, at that point, you may use the on-line payment for your deposit.  If you choose to send a personal check, please allow yourself enough time for your check to clear. Note, once we have received a cleared deposit, you will be sent a confirmation.  Balance is due the day of the charter.

EXTENDED/OVERNIGHT/MIDDLE GROUNDS TRIPS

10 & 12 HOUR CHARTERS

When booking this trip, a 50% deposit will be required.  A fourteen day notice is required to cancel your reservations.  Cancellation of any charters above, with less than fourteen days notice, will forfeit your deposit. If you should cancel 96 hours (4 days) prior to your trip, or not show up, you will be charged the FULL RATE OF THE CHARTER. In the event of weather conditions, there will be no charge.  This call is made by the Captain ONLY.  Under no conditions will the Captain jeopardize the safety of the group in making a wrong call.

TWO DAY CHARTER

This trip requires a nonrefundable cash deposit of $1,100.00 for booking.  A credit card will tentatively hold your date until we receive your reservation form along with a check.  In the event the weather is not permissible for offshore, we can reschedule any fishing trip to inshore; or you may reschedule this trip for a later date.

Weather Conditions

We will usually be able to start/complete a charter when the weather conditions are 15 knots of wind or less, seas are 4 ft. or less and less than a 70% chance of rain is predicted.

Items to Bring

• Your own food & beverage, if you are not having your trip catered.
• Hats
• Sunscreen
• Camera
• Deck shoes, sneakers (no black soles please)
• Sea-sick pills (take at least a1.2 hour prior to stepping onboard)

PLEASE DO NOT BRING

• Hard liquor or bottles
• Illegal Drugs or paraphernalia
• More than six people in your group. We are regulated by the U.S. Coast Guard to carry six paying passengers.  If you come to the dock with more than six people, we will have to flip a coin to see who stays and who goes.  Please don’t disappoint your group. Children and non fishing customers are included in the head count.  We are Coast Guard regulated and abide by their rules.  Thank you for your cooperation!
